Director
Manasa has 15+ years of R&D and Manufacturing experience in the US as a Director in a fortune 500 company on the mechanical front.
She is a subject matter expert in managing lifecycle of innovative new product and technology from inception to launch (mechanical products).
Manasa’s expertise lies in developing financial feasibility models for new technologies paired with lean manufacturing process aiding in setting up systems to efficiently run a company
Dr. Naveen
Scientific Director
Dr. Naveen Kumar Dhondi brings over 18 years of extensive expertise in Synthetic Organic Chemistry to the table, with a distinguished focus on leading scientific teams within chemistry services (CROs & CDMO) and integrated drug discovery services. His proficiency encompasses a wide spectrum, including synthetic organic chemistry, process chemistry, drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, and organic electronic materials.
Before joining Sambi Pharma, Dr. Naveen held key positions at esteemed institutions such as Bristol Myers Squibbs – Bocon Research Centre (BBRC), GVKBio (now Aragen), and Sai Lifesciences. Renowned for his adeptness in managerial roles, Dr. Naveen excels in training and motivating teams, acquiring talent, and fostering client relationships. His impressive track record includes co-inventing a clinical candidate in Arrhythmias therapy and receiving numerous prestigious awards for his invaluable research contributions.
Holding a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Naveen has authored 12 papers, including 3 patents, showcasing his dedication to scientific excellence and innovative solutions that significantly impact the chemical research landscape.
Mr. Hanmanth Pradeep Reddy
Director – Project Management
Pradeep Reddy has over 15 years of experience in Product manufacturing and Management with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He holds the Director position at Sambi Pharma and leads the Project Management team.
Prior to joining Sambi Pharma, Mr. Pradeep Reddy holds Director position in RamTech Manufacturing Industries and RamTech Engineering Services. He is a shrewd entrepreneur and a Partner at RamTech Manufacturing Industries (an aerospace company) and proved instrumental in starting and developing the organization from a startup to Multi-Million dollar company.
